Log into your Addax account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

Pack Your Items

Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure box.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
